I have used Universal twice and each time has been an excellent experience, with the floors coming out perfectly. Raul and his team are true professionals. They are meticulous, careful, respectful and efficient. If you are looking for wood floors, do not settle for less. They will make sure that your floors are perfect. They also did some moldings for us that came out beautifully. It is difficult finding good help in Miami, so finding Universal was truly a blessing.

I bought strand woven bamboo flooring from this company, and I could not be any happier with their commitment to excellent service.
