“Early Thursday morning, I experienced a sudden spell of dizziness and fell backward, hitting the corner of a wall in my home. The fall resulted in a 1.5-inch cut on my scalp. My husband did his best to stop the active bleeding by carefully cleaning and sanitizing the wound, and then quickly made an online reservation at AdventHealth Centra Care in Lake Mary. We were scheduled to arrive at 8:25 a.m., and we got there right on time.
Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Melissa and Rita, who were incredibly kind, caring, and courteous. They were genuinely sympathetic to my injury, and I was seen immediately. Dr. Mena, Synovia, and Katherine were truly amazing. They expertly treated the wound and stapled my scalp with compassion and professionalism. Throughout the process, they comforted me, eased my fear, and helped me stay calm during a stressful and painful moment.
I’m deeply grateful for the prompt, top-notch care I received. It meant so much to be treated with such empathy and skill. “Dr Faria is an amazing doctor. I first met him 18 years ago and he helped me through a bad bout of pneumonia. After that I had the best health ever. This past year I have suffered with bronchitis and then a bad case of Covid which left me in bed for months. The fatigue was so debilitating I couldn’t on most days leave my house. My regular doctor just said I was depressed. Of course I was depressed being in bed for so long. I then sought out Dr Faria once again and was so elated he is still practicing. My journey with Dr Faria in just a few months has changed my health. The last two weeks I have not had to nap or lay down during the day. This is a HUGE milestone for me. I recommend Dr Faria for anyone suffering with an illness and is not being heard. Reach out to him it is worth it
