I am very pleased with the practice & especially the staff at Heart of Florida Dental. It is one of the best, most gentle and caring dental offices that I have ever been to and experienced. The front desk staff are always very welcoming & caring. The financial people are helpful in working and dealing with the payments, even when I made an error in which card for payment to use, they were able to work it through with me to charge it to the appropriate account for the payment....I consider that to be excellent customer service, and going above and beyond. I use to be a white knuckle person at the dentist. They are so gentle & caring. No push for unnecessary dental work. Doc is so honest and willing to discuss options. The best dentist I have ever been to in 65 years!!!!
