“This was my first time at Hi -5 , I was recommended by my son’s doctor, his neurologist Dr. Ramos .She recommended me this place because they take special-needs children. I was recommended to another place called Orlando Children’s Surgical Center , But I did not like the energy at that office. I did not like the atmosphere or how they went about seeing my son and just wanting to sedate him with anesthesia just to do a basic cleaning it kind of scared me a way . I came to my appointment today and it was so welcoming. It was so calm the energy here the staff were very polite very sweet and very calming. I just felt that great energy. The place was beautiful. Andrea was so sweet very understanding of my situation was very careful with my son while she did his cleaning also the xray tech was very nice as well, she was very patient with my son, they made my son feel special and like he was important , I believe it was Andrea’s mother She was also a sweet lady. She gave me the caring grandmother vibes, Also, it was a coincidence that my daughter‘s friend GiGi works here and it was great seeing her. She’s also a sweet girl. I’m so happy that she’s even working for a company like this.. I’m happy that my doctor recommended me here and I made this choice for my son’s first dentist appointment ever since his accident in 2020. Thank you Hi -5 for accepting my son this will be Nova’s new dentist ❤🙏🏽“

“My 15 year old boy broke one of his front teeth playing basketball, i asked ChatGPT for a place to fix his teeth for a same day fix and this was the place ChatGPT told me about, i called them and they made an appointment right away, they had excellent customer service and the doctor is amazing he did an exceptional job, his tooth looks like nothing happened to it, and they did all of that in an hour.“

“10/10 recommend!!! First you walk into a bright, inviting environment and then greeted at the desk with such beautiful and friendly staff! There are sensory and occupational toys for kids to play with in the waiting area and plenty of seating! They have coins for candy machines full of little toys & trinkets for kids when they are done with the dentist. The dental techs and dentists are so sweet and patient. They managed to make my kids feel safe, calm, and cooperative, even when they felt a little scared of whatever they were doing; which says a lot because one of my kids is Autistic/Adhd and he sometimes won't even let me brush his teeth at home.
