“I recently used YaVel Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my townhouse. The roof replacement was mandated by my Homeowners Association and each homeowner was allowed to hire whoever they wanted. I vetted over a half-dozen companies and ultimately went with YaVel Roofing and its owner, LeVay Smith. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my choice. First, let’s talk about price. A good rule of thumb with projects like this is to not hire the most expensive company, but also be wary of the least expensive company. Carlos and his team did a terrific job searching for the leak and repairing it. It wasn't an easy task and they wouldn't have been satisfied until it was perfect. Brenda at the office was extremely responsive and was excellent at communicating every step of the way, i.e., sending out a crew quickly, sending texts and at the end sending photo documentation of what all was repaired.
