“Hope is a truly remarkable human being with everyone's best interest at heart. She caters each class by saying things like, "If this is where you are today, that's great, just stay like this. If you want an advanced move, do this." It's an awesome, effective way to teach a class. The studio has ALL equipment you'd ever imagine needing, and there's absolutely NO pressure to buy nor perform to anyone else's standards. DO NOT MISS this experience.”
“I have been practicing at Yoga Den Fleming Island for many years now and have enjoyed every minute of it. It’s conveniently located between Orange Park and Fleming Island and offers a flexible schedule with morning and evening classes and various levels of practice whether you are a beginner or advanced practitioner. All the instructors are knowledgeable and welcoming. Thank you all, you are awesome!”
“Ashley is the best! I joke with her that whatever she does is witch craft. Trust the process along with her amazing skills and the results will worth it! Not your typical “spa” massage…it is WAY better!”
