“Jennifer Chaves was punctual, so friendly, and so easy to work with. I definitely did push her beyond the original/typical style and she was very receptive and gave me just what I wanted! And as I am a newcomer to Miami, she also gave me some tips about local beaches which I super appreciated. The space is also very cute. She designed it very beautifully. The brow wax cost $15 before tip. Also, it was very easy to schedule an appointment. I used the website to find her number and texted her to create the appointment. Just a tip: her building is on the left side of the road if you are coming from Hwy 1/Dixie Hwy. Her unit is the first one on the east end of the building (or the right side of the building if you are facing it from the road). I accidentally parked across the street and walked into Mint Brows first (stupid me!), but once I found her building I quickly found her studio, which has a small sign for Brow and Lashes Beauty Spa.Thank you very much, Jennifer! She listens and does not push products or services like other places. If she can help you with something she will and she will explain the entire process in detail and will answer any questions you may have.
