10/10 as always!It had been a while (about a year) since I last visited as I was undergoing some medical health treatments.I walked in and Elena recognized me right away. Elena is hands down, absolutely amazing. She is warm, kind, and super knowledgeable. I was a little nervous and she reassured me everything would be fine, answered all of my questions and even handed me a blanket as my body was shivering. Her customer service skills IS one of the main reasons why I'm a "regular" customer.Now, onto Dr. Patel, he's amazing himself! I have had a wonderful experience at Miami Skin & Vein. The space itself is immaculate, there is virtually no wait time, and everyone is friendly. Dr. Patel is clearly a highly qualified MD, which was important to me for my collagen-boosting procedure. My skin looks completely natural, and my face looks younger than my years.

Dr. Patel and his whole staff are 10/10. From the moment I stepped into the office, everyone there was super kind and helpful. Dr. Patel is extremely knowledgeable and most importantly patient and attentive. I've been to other doctors where I leave with more questions than I came in with. That is not the case here. Him and his staff thoroughly answered every question and concern I had. They are easy to make appointments with and always punctual. I highly recommend Miami Skin + Vein to anyone considering it. :)
