Competent, accurate, thorough, arrived within 40 minutes of call, stayed until dark and showed up early the next morning to finish the job. Stuck with the quoted price. Cleaned and sanitized everything before leaving and mopped on the way out. Explained everything, showed video, and installed a bucket to mark the cleanout. Chris and Sayeed were amazing. Wow really impressed with their service. It’s 5pm on July 4th and our two showers backed up with water due to a clog. Dee-rooter sent a plumber, Rich, out in less than 1 hour and they spent 3.5 hours trying to unclog the pipes. It was a huge issue, Rich had to call a 2nd plumber for help, and they handled it with patience, and transparency. Rich called me multiple times to give me updates. Dee-rooter is my go-to for plumbing services. This is what service should be. Considering it’s a holiday and it took a long time and a second plumber to fix the issue, the price was very reasonable.
It never fails that your main drain plugs on a Saturday!!! I called Dee-Rooter after a quick search and recognized their trucks from the neighborhood. Dispatch told me a technician would arrive in about 45 min... get this... THEY WERE HERE IN 10 MIN!!! Nick listened to what I explained was going on without interrupting. He did some standard checks and advised me of ALL of my options. I chose the best financial decision at the time as I have only owned the home 6 weeks. Nick went and got another piece of equipment he needed from their shop, and had my home main drain restored in under an hour from my call to dispatch!!! 10,000 thank yous to the team!!!
