“Just had our son & this office has been great! Never had any issues & I’ve always been heard & my concerns were addressed properly. We have identical twin boys & just had our son almost 8 weeks ago & glad we found an office within 2-3 miles from home. Convenient, caring, clean & as far as when I’ve ever come there, I’ve never had to wait more than 5-10 mins before behind called back. Yes, if you don’t vaccinate your child, they ask you to find another office, it’s literally in the new patient paperwork that you have to sign before you’re even seen. So, there’s no surprise of this. It’s the way some pediatric offices operate but you have the free choice to decide to take your child somewhere that offers this. If a peds office saw children that were vaccinated and some that weren’t, you’d put kids and babies at risk. Either way, they let you know way beforehand. Even our 15 year old’s previous pediatric office was like this & there’s always the option to go somewhere else or abide by their policies. It’s the same with controlled substances; once a month & yes you have to physically be seen in the office to get it prescribed. It’s a schedule II. Nothing new or surprising here either. Anyway, just thought I’d throw that out there for anyone reading these reviews like I was & scratching my head like ‘huh?..really?’. Also, I wanted to provide info for if there’s any new parents or parents looking for a peds office & come across these reviews & think exactly what I did, they can have some clarification. Oh, I almost forgot.. The ladies at the front are very nice & respectful as well.”
