“My almost 10 year old Rinnai water heater sprung a leak on Sunday night. I had to wait until Monday to get anyone to answer the phone. I tried several places and had a promise from Royce that someone would come over after a job that was already in the process. Eventually, I did get in touch with 2 others but neither of them called me until Franklin was just about finished installing the new one.
Franklin came out later on in the morning to assess my issue. After talking with him, I was sold on the idea that he knew what he was talking about so I took his advice and agreed to have him install a new Navien water heater.
He got the job done by the afternoon so we didn't have to go another night without hot water. The new water heater is a completely different experience from the one we had before. There is virtually no waiting for hot water! I also believe I will probably save money on gas and water with this new water heater as we had to run the water quite a bit with the old one in order to have hot water for a shower.
Franklin patiently answered all my questions completely to my satisfaction... and I had a lot of questions. This company will be my go to for plumbing and gas problems in the future.“
