Received easy, quick and professional service from And Plumbing Services. Mr. McCubbin was very respectful of my home and displayed great communication skills when explaining the plumbing issue and fix to both my husband and I. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Even though they are a professional plumbing service, I think all they really care about is selling water heater and making the big bucks. They have a lack of communication and motives between the front office and technicians. The front office said free diagnostic, and then the technician show up demanding a $156 diagnostic fee. What's weird is that the technician never ask for my permission or inform me about the fee before he started checking the water heater. Diagnostic just means figuring out what's wrong with the water heater but no repair.Days later, my water heater came back to life on its own. Weird. I recommend only calling them if you really want a new water...read full review
