The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding—truly the best anyone could hope for during a stressful situation. In addition to fixing the leak, they identified and replaced several water shutoff valves to help prevent future problems.

“Today, I had a sewer line backup up and found the sewage pipe was busted and clogged. The technicians Billy and Bernard fixed the busted line and unclogged it. Before they accomplished that, a camera boroscope was performed. During this horoscope it was discovered that the line the fiber optic company installed several weeks ago went right through the sewer line thus causing the BIGGER ISSUE. Had I not taken the advice of the technicians Billy and Bernard, I would NOT have known about the fiber optic line bored through the sewer line.
