The plumber provided excellent service. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done in a very professional manner. I am very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend his services.
Needed our kitchen sink plumbing replaced as granite countertop separated (repaired by Superior Granite): Tom (Owner) was quick to reply and send Adam (Plumber) out within in a day. The work was completed in an efficient and professional manner all parts were readily available on their service van. Adam did great job cleaning up the work area and ensuring no leaks were present. Prior to calling Tom and crew contacted a couple of other plumbers in our area (Crestview) and some didn't even call back after leaving a voicemail or extremely high estimate for the job (double what The Expert Touch, LLC charged). Highly recommend these guys.
Tom quickly and efficiently addressed our needs. He's very knowledgeable and responsive. His experience and skills fixed our unusual plumbing issue without a big invasive repair. Also, his fees and charges are very fair. He will be our first call if we should ever have a future problem!
