Absolutely amazing! My shower faucet broke and he came out to look at it right the very next day. Fixed at the very next day as he had to identify and order the part! Amazing, dedicated to his work, reliable, friendly, knowledgeable,.... !I am happy to have running water and a shower again! Where to start? The professionalism of Tom and his workers has always been amazing. Tom has an attention to detail, makes sure everything is done by the local/state code. If something isn't been done to code, he and his crew will make the upgrades to bring it up to code. (You won't believe how many newer homes are built with lack of proper code installation. Or other plumbers who 'cut corners' without installing up to code.) We have used The Perfect Touch many times over the past two years and each time, we are very pleased and happy with the work done.
