“Believe me, I am pretty hard to please, but I have ZERO complaints. These guys are the real deal. I've used them for a couple different jobs around the house. It's a really old house and they handle the repairs like no problem. They make good recommendations and don't recommend work just because they want money. They only recommend work if they think it's a good idea for your house. For example, I asked him for a quote for installing a garbage disposal and he kindly suggested that a garbage disposal would not be a good idea for our house (and he said in general garbage disposals are not great for plumbing, no matter the house). I'm impressed that this company deals honestly, arrives in the provided one-hour window, and communicates well with customers. The work they did also seems robust and reliable. Thank you so much!
