“I had a meniscus repair surgery in January and started rehab 3 days after. We initially set a goal to be able to walk a mile in 3 months for my wedding day - lofty.

Mitch was great, and although I didn’t make my mile goal - I did walk in for my first surgeon follow up on no crutches and he was thoroughly impressed with the progress.

I also got a version of medical acupuncture from Mitch in my calf (I hadn’t walked in a year) and it made a huge difference in loosening the muscle so I could learn to walk properly again.
