I had a meniscus repair surgery in January and started rehab 3 days after. We initially set a goal to be able to walk a mile in 3 months for my wedding day - lofty.
Mitch was great, and although I didn’t make my mile goal - I did walk in for my first surgeon follow up on no crutches and he was thoroughly impressed with the progress.
I also got a version of medical acupuncture from Mitch in my calf (I hadn’t walked in a year) and it made a huge difference in loosening the muscle so I could learn to walk properly again.

We love Brooks Rehabilitation Orange Park, especially Occupational Therapist Kimberly Villareal. She is incredibly patient, kind, and truly understands my autistic daughter. Kim celebrates every small victory and makes therapy feel safe and positive. My daughter has made beautiful progress thanks to her. We are so grateful — highly recommended.

Mrs. Kim was a true game changer for our family. She has always made us feel so comfortable and gave us so many skills that improved my daughters quality of life that I didnt think would ever be possible.
When we first came to Brooks almost a year ago my daughter couldn't listen to music,go outside or play with other's without being overwhelmed and now her favorite things to do is play with her friends at the playground and sing in music class at school and as Mother I am forever grateful for everything that Brooks and Mrs. Kim have done for our family.
