Not many people can say they chose to stay at a Rehabilitation Center twice! BEST FACILITY in Fl!! The nursing staff is caring and compassionate as well as nurses that are A++. Housekeeping is thorough and attentive to all your needs. The chef and culinary staff are spectacular! They will prepare anything you may want. Now last but certainly not least Middleburg’s physical therapy staff is the best of the best.I am a new leg amputee and they are the reason I am home today. There will come a day when my prosthetic is fitted that I will need therapy and I will choose Middleburg Rehabilitation.

I feel that I have not found a better place then this. It's been a pleasure to be here if I have to be anywhere at all. I enjoy the entire staff, everyone has been pleasant and helpful. Diana is a real gem!

Everyone in the building is helpful and have great customer service and it awesome building to work for and I would have my family come here because does there job and take care of all of the patients… all the upper ppl like Aly and Maria and georgette and everyone is awesome to work with and they get everything done when you need it done
