“I had a meniscus repair surgery in January and started rehab 3 days after. We initially set a goal to be able to walk a mile in 3 months for my wedding day - lofty.<br><br>Mitch was great, and although I didn’t make my mile goal - I did walk in for my first surgeon follow up on no crutches and he was thoroughly impressed with the progress.<br><br>I also got a version of medical acupuncture from Mitch in my calf (I hadn’t walked in a year) and it made a huge difference in loosening the muscle so I could learn to walk properly again.<br><br>4 months out i consider it completely healed and I’m just building up muscles and cardio again - but the injury itself was rehabbed pretty quickly with precise exercises in the office and at home. I've been to other clinics where the people who greet you are totally snotty and unprofessional so this was a nice change. I saw Dr. a she was very thorough, professional, and kind. They were patient with me and my Medicaid, the up front staff are SO sweet, and I had the pleasure of working with Kara Hogmire before she left the practice. No one other than brook's did Internal Pelvic Floor Therapy and yes that's a mouthful. But they were able to get me back to how I was pre pregnancy!
