Anna walked me through the process and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed, not only with explaining everything, but with her work as well. The entire experience was very relaxing and enjoyable. “My spouse recently had a few nights stay at this new hospital in Fleming Island. When I first walked in on the first floor I felt a library vibe. There was not one visible soul in the whole bottom floor of the hospital and as I walked i could see there was a small eatery that was closed. Apparently, they close at 3 o'clock. The hospital floor does look like the same design concept as Baptist South, long and lenier. The rooms are huge. They come with a huge TV and a refrigerator. The Windows are very big and the patients can direct the shades with their handheld controllers to go up-and-down. Their chair and the couch are standard. The only problem I had was contact with doctors, there was none unless you were there in the8 morning. The nurses were fabulous and tried to keep us informed but it felt more like a cover up. The hospital is new and only had a few patients so I'm sure they are still trying to schedule accordingly. I would come back here again.Its the best option in Clay right now for care.“
