Had the BEST experience ever here delivering my baby. Did not meet 1 bad nurse or midwife/doctor. Quiet experience. Nurses were very comforting and encouraging. Never once made me feel bad for asking for anything. Id give 10 stars if I could. Only thing that was not comfortable was the beds. Wish they'd upgrade them but it's not a make or break deal for me. If I ever was to decide to have another child, I'd definitely come back to Baptist Clay.
I have been to a lot Of Emergency Rooms in my Life, but this Emergency Room Staff was the Best I have Ever Seen!!!! Hands Down!!! Fast Efficient and Most of very Thorough Medical exam and Diagnosis!!! Thank you Very much for your Support in our Community.
Beautiful medical center. I know it’s newer, but I have never been in a medical center/hospital and felt clean. It’s bright and airy and mood lifting with all of the natural light. I honestly felt like I was in a gallery more than a medical center. Staff was wonderful and I have nothing but excellent things to say.
