Excellent service from the inception of a phone call. I explained the urgency of follow up due to my recent surgery and they accommodated me right away. They also referred me to a specialist and the office personnel were excellent and the front desk went beyond her duty and contacted the referral dr right away to see me. Most grateful and thankful. Most other places said the wait was for 1 to 2 months and did not care about the urgency.

Amazing day on the water. The boat had plenty of space for our party of 6 plus dedicated fishing seats on the rear. Everything was new and clean and the boat had gps navigation to help keep us in the right parts of the river and bay. It also had a built in cooler, just bring ice. Thanks again for an amazing time, we will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing... in the middle of a big project on my ancient PC when it decided to give up the ghost. Tried everything I could think of from this end and couldn't even get through diagnosics.I shared the issues/error codes with Jeff and he was able to get me in and out on a Friday afternoon. The computer is running great and I couldn't be happier!

I was pleasantly greeted by a student when I entered. I have been in martial arts for years and could easily see the competence, character and professionalism of the instructor. Additionally his work with younger students is outstanding. The instructor is a caring, professional and competent practitioner.
The first house I owned, living at and trying to make it work. One day (last March ’25) the A/C unit just stopped. Didn’t know why so I gave the number a call from the card and that is where I met Tammy and Brandi. They are the front of the house and great communicators between owners of the house and their support team. I was greeted with a courteous ‘Hello what can we do for you, Sir’, I stated that my A/C unit went down. They sent a technician my way. Both Tammy and Brandi are kind, caring and make you feel at ease, they got this, and from what I can see, they do have it. They worked well for all the coordination effort needed and billing needs I had.
The technician was Diaz and he checked the unit over and found a red light on. He solved the problem quickly and efficiently. Within 30 mins we had nice, cool air blowing through the home. Ahhhhh, refreshing…..
The house I was living at didn’t work out and we had moved to a different house. I was selling the house and it failed the inspection for the A/C unit. So I reached out to Air Shield Heating and Cooling.
They sent out Carrie. When she arrived she was training someone new, Jay. Jay is off to great start and will do well as he helped the whole entire team, always busy getting things done. Carrie started inspecting the unit and then came the news of well, ‘Well Mr. Mack, you need a part as this one is 25 years old which had worn down and needs replacement’. She was kind and courteous throughout the whole process.
Meanwhile, in the second house which I’m currently living in, I scheduled a routine maintenance. Carrie and Jay were sent out for that as well. She inspected the A/C unit. She was very knowledgeable, respectful, and made me feel comfortable about the news that was about to be shared.
Well back to the story; Carrie shared that the unit could be fixed; however the cost of the parts would exceed the threshold of the units worth. I made the decision to get another unit. In our house I needed something silent, reliable, and worked well. So I went with it. No regrets at all to this day ! Thank you, Carrie ! The best part of this, they were able to install the A/C unit, the same day !
This is where I met Maykol. He was quiet, but effective, and efficient. He had a partner with him and they went to town breaking down the old unit and putting in the new unit. Maykol took the time with me to explain what was installed, what to look for and little did bits of knowledge about the system.
As Maykol was working on the unit, Carrie went the extra distance she checked the attic and found, yup, 25 year old builder grade venting. I was losing 10 degrees of cooling from one side of the house to the other. This increases your electricity bill and takes the life of your A/C unit as it is constantly trying to keep up. So I gulped and asked, how do we fix this?
Meanwhile back at the other ranch house, the part came in for it and the team sent out Austin. What can I say about Austin. He replaced the part very quickly and just like that we were up and running again. A couple weeks later though, the drain line was clogged due to I’m sure the inactivity we had when it was down during the sale and also the city water is well, very harsh for the pipes. Once again, Austin shows up, he is punctual, knowledgeable and goes to work on the unit, just like the last time we met. We carried on the conversation we started, like a couple of old friends…. Within a small amount of time, it is fixed once again. Thank you Austin !
I could write so much more about this Awesome Team, but I will end here and wish them well in business for many many years to come as I know I will be using their service again and again ! Thank you Air Shield Heating and Cooling.

Tom and his crew provided mowing services for me at my home in Parrish. I found him through my community Facebook page as a recommendation.I contacted him and he quickly responded and provided me a quote. Not for lack of business, I believe he mentioned he services over 300 yards in my area. Its just his style and professionalism to be responsive.He provided me his schedule and he stuck to it throughout his time mowing my yard. If I ever contacted him regarding the yard, he responded quickly to my requests.Tom is all around just a great guy and very professional , great communicator and easy to work with business owner. Tricia did a fabulous job with my color and blow dry. I’m very picky with color because I won’t use bleach and she was able to get it extremely bright and pretty and she really knows how to blow out hair. Very seasoned, highly recommended. A+++++
Leslie did a fantastic job on my daughter's hair! My daughter is 15 with long, curly hair and she wanted layers. We are both very nervous about going to new salons, but we are very pleased the results! I am glad we found them. Their price for a women's cut is very reasonable. We will absolutely go back to Leslie when she is need of a trim.
