Hurricane Helene in September, 2024 unfortunately caused severe damage to our condo. This necessitated a complete redo of all the flooring, kitchen cabinets and countertops, as well as bathroom vanities, all doors, moldings, etc.
In addition to completing a fantastic renovation of all of these items and more, there was a mountain of bureaucratic legal and permitting paperwork to deal with for insurance purposes, far beyond the ordinary requirements.
Danny and his team were top notch professionals all the way. He kept us informed at every turn, consulting with us on every decision, even though we were 1300 miles away since our home was unlivable for more than a year. He was extremely respectful, responsive, and easy to work and he brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to the job.
It was a challenging project to manage on both ends especially due to the long physical distance between us. We trusted him implicitly and he didn’t let us down.

I would highly recommend working with Abi! We first reached out for help with our dog when she was a puppy and since then we’ve had multiple sessions working on different things including with our second dog who I’m learning all about gundog training with. Abi really cares about dogs and their people. Shes always available to ask questions and as a bonus has a great online community with videos and support from other dog owners.
Mike did an awesome job to get my loan approved and closed within 8 business days! It would have been even faster, but the title attorney delayed the closing due to issues on their end.
I recommend Mike to anyone that needs his services. On top of being very great at his job, he is genuinely an awesome person!
