Every one I met was very nice and friendly. Dr. U. Checked every spot I was concerned about and did a thorough check on the rest of me. This was my first experience with a dermatologist and she got right down to business. She froze a spot and took a biopsy on another. I didn't have to make another appointment to get the work done. She took care of it right then. I like that.
