“This great experience started with our Lead Product Manager, Hunter Thompson. Hunter measured our enclosed lanai and recommended the correct mini split to cover the area. Since it was my first, I had lots of questions and he was very professional. I asked him to quote a single and dual zone to cover my garage (living in Florida the garage gets very warm) area. His estimate came in within $40.00 and this was due to the electrician’s price.
Estimate was accepted on December 19th and our job began on December 23nd.
Jeff and Peter showed up promptly and began the install around 8:30. Jeff was new to the company and asked some great questions of me, and Peter the more experienced installer. I loved the way each person took it upon themselves to begin specific tasks. Both guys worked tirelessly and made it a point to make the install look incredible.
I may get add I am always looking for professional work, not the cheapest price.
