This company was recommended by my father, brother and sister. Got a new AC. and airhandler installed. And relocated the airhandler to the opposite side of the house. It was done in 1 day. And for a better price than the 4 other companies I called. I then called over 6 months later to replace the airducts from 1982. The office lady(I'm sorry I cant remember her name) knew exactly why I was calling and remembered everything from the call that long ago. The 2 techs that showed up got a 2 day job done in 1, Where clean and thorough and nice as can be. I plan on buying a second house in the area and I will be calling them again to get the next house squared away. The professionalism...read full review

The owner and his crew are all very professional to work with. I believe it is partially a family business, as his son was on site and in training. He was quite attentive and sweet. We requested a new unit to be installed in our home. We were just slightly concerned about the cost, as we had been checking with other companies in the area, and receiving quotes that we considered a bit steep, especially reading the fine print referring to any maintenance costs. Rainbow Lakes, however, beat the cost of the competitors (without knowing those costs), and did a clean, expedient job. The crew was on time, and were able to finish without any problems. Called at 8 am with an ac not working, had a crew here, troubleshot, and fixed by 11 am. Sure, it was a simple fix, but a same-day response and repair is excellence in my book. I used to be the general manager of an HVAC, plumbing, and electrical outfit, and I know it is difficult to add service calls same day.The price was very reasonable for services renderedThank you!
