“Wonderful job on our home recently, a few months ago. Several neighbors drove or walked up to talk and admire Prattco Roofing Company's finished product. My roofing crew had worked together for 7 years and that was evident! They accomplished their work effortlessly and without detractions. They backed up each other when their was a need, without being asked. Their crew chief was amazing by providing an additional solar fan not originally in the manifest materials.

Recently, Hurricanes Helene then Milton devastated our community in Seffner, FL to the point that power was not available for days to weeks in area, around our home. The roof next door was damaged. The roof behind us lost solar panels and shingles reguiring a new roof. Blue tarps were required very, very nearby. Trees big and small were uprooted.

There was no evidence of any roof damage to our home after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. There was some vinyl fence damage in two separate locations.

“Armor All recently completed an entire new roof for us due to storm damage from Milton, and my husband and I were absolutely blown away by their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

From start to finish, their efficiency was unmatched. They had all supplies delivered the day before, and by the next morning, the dumpster and full crew arrived promptly around 7 AM, immediately getting to work. They took only a short lunch break and worked straight through until about 6:30 PM, ensuring the job was done in just one day.

The team was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed to get my two small dogs in and out of the house. They paused everything to ensure we could safely move through the area, which I truly appreciated. Their cleanup was also top-notch—there wasn’t a single piece of trash, metal, or nail left behind. Kasey Sale was awesome. She came to my house and gave me all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. And I had many!! She was friendly and I felt comfortable talking to her. She was there throughout the whole process making sure she was available if I had more questions and helping me with understanding costs. The roofing team came and worked hard. They were meticulous and on point. They did an amazing job and couldn't be happier. Zarah was also extremely helpful and also answered my questions promptly. For my first time doing this I'd say it was a pretty much smooth process. Some unexpected expenses happened (had to replace more wood than originally thought)and they helped me figure it all out. But they cant honestly know how bad some wood is until they are in the thick if it. So if you're getting a loan I'd advise to ask for a bit more than the quote.
