She came to our home and explained everything from available materials to the entire process and answered all my questions and I had plenty of them. They have excellent crews dedicated to detailed craftmanship that worked really hard and were all super friendly. They cleaned up our yard so well during and after the roof was completed that it looked better than before they arrived. I like that they send pictures of the job's progress directly to your phone via an app. That was really cool and lessened the stress of otherwise not knowing what is going on during the process. “Armor All recently completed an entire new roof for us due to storm damage from Milton, and my husband and I were absolutely blown away by their professionalism, speed, and attention to detail.

From start to finish, their efficiency was unmatched. They had all supplies delivered the day before, and by the next morning, the dumpster and full crew arrived promptly around 7 AM, immediately getting to work. They took only a short lunch break and worked straight through until about 6:30 PM, ensuring the job was done in just one day.

The team was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed to get my two small dogs in and out of the house. They paused everything to ensure we could safely move through the area, which I truly appreciated. Their cleanup was also top-notch—there wasn’t a single piece of trash, metal, or nail left behind. I personally watched them run a magnet over the entire property multiple times to ensure nothing was missed.

“Everyone involved, from the hardworking crew, Chris the salesman, Rich the supervisor, Lara from the office ,the guys dropping off the tool trailer and dumpsters, were top notch. Chris saved us a lot of money by suggesting we use peel and stick on our flat roof instead of tearing off the TPO and replacing it, He was very receptive to my concerns as the job was being done and apologized for a couple small issues that arose and remedied them right away. My shingle roof was difficult as its mansard and required removing /installing all of it from ladders and the 2nd floor flat roof. The crew worked their tails off from sunrise to sunset and took care removing nails, staples and debris. The afternoons were 96 degrees in the shade, not sure how they do it, I sure couldn't and I've done several years ago. The price was the best we were quoted by about a dozen companies and the overage cost was suprisingly minimal, as we had a lot of rot. We are very happy and it looks great. Thank you Dynamic Roofing, please use me as a reference and best wishes to all !!“
