Best Heating & Air Conditioning / HVAC In Destin

“I paid quit a bit of $ back in the spring for a "Spring/Fall" twice a year maintenance. They were supposed to call me before coming out, instead called when they showed up. Thankfully someone was at the house at the time. I ran over during my lunch to meet with them just as they'd finished. I was told that my AC Coils were nearly completely rusted out and that the AC 'might' make it a month or so. Despite the house having been purchased less than a year before and a full inspection being done with no finding of rusted out coils.Come the fall, I called to schedule and appointment and was again told "Our tech will call before they come out.. " That was three weeks ago.I called again today to check on the schedule, and it took almost four hours before I got a call back and was told "Our tech's can be be there 6 days from now.... " Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.*UPDATE* A few hours after posting this, I received a call that technicians would be coming by the next day. Mike & DJ came to the place, were super professional, thorough and took care of the season maintenance as well as checked to make sure my heating was working for me ( I was having some issues ). He is professional and he is honest! Russ, went over and above to help my parents with their air conditioning unit issues. He sat with my parents and went through all of their maintenance paperwork for their unit. Russ showed my parents where their unit was never installed properly by the original installer. He fixed their unit. Russ and Beth are rare gems and care deeply for the people in their community. You do not get customer service like that anymore. My parents are in their 80s and my brother, sister and I appreciate and are grateful for everything Russ and Beth did to help my parents out.
