After another local, family-owned company shredded service to my bedroom and living room and then ghosted us for 3 weeks, I called Taylor more than a bit desperate. Mr Taylor promised to send someone out the next morning, but less than an hour later he dispatched a tech named Lancelot who, living up to his namesake, proved to be my AC unit’s knight in shining armor. That may sound lighthearted, but he replaced ducts to every room in record time and for half the other company’s price, and for the first time in the 7 years I’ve been here, I can feel the air circulating in my rooms. He did it quickly, courteously, exceptionally well, and affordably. Taylor AC has a customer for life.
