I want to thank SRW Heating & Cooling for helping us out in a worse case scenario situation: AC unit completely fails in late August in FL during one of the hottest weeks of the year.We bought our house which was built in 2002 in December of 2017. Everything was working well, inspection passed, no major issues, but my real estate agent (Rob Nay) new that a Home Protection Plan was important because of the age of the home. It paid off in the first year, so I purchased it again this year and am very glad I did! Although my initial experience with SRW started out rocky, new management has taken over the reins and my experience has been excellent. Robert has been responsive, timely and informative. His technicians have arrived on time, explained what they were doing and why, and cleaned up after themselves. The administrative staff has returned my calls promptly and scheduling has been a breeze. Great job SRW!
