Replacement was six years ago and rehab was over a year but it was not until in tiI the last year that I had tremendous gains in flexibility and strength. It’s not easy and yes there is good pain but one thing I know is I have to continue on. I never thought I would be going to yoga workshops and retreats! A huge shout out to all the instructors at the yoga shed who have helped me blossom and make me and my doctor proud (and shocked)! Injured or not, yoga shed is where to be!“
