Damage Restoration in Deerfield Beach

“Just completed a truly exemplary experience with this water removal/mitigation company. We returned from vacation on a Sunday at 11pm to a burst water pipe and significant water damage including standing water across 3 floors of our custom Home. Spent the night vetting companies and called Eco Restoration and Construction in the morning. They were onsite within 2 hours. Made the decision to hire them and work commenced that same day.

It is now several days later and their work is almost complete. The water was promptly removed. Next came the damaged ceilings and walls - those are removed gone off-site already. And now they have many specialized machines operating to continue and complete the drying process for the next few days.

The staff that I encountered include Josh who is either the owner or manager and was very calm and patient with me through this stressful event.

Next is Bill who was their onsite foreman. Bill was over-the-top thoughtful and pleasant. This is not clean work by nature. Bill went out of his way with visqueen to contain the dust along with floor coverings. And when it was all done, he scrubbed the House entrance which had dust/footprints - at 9:00 at night! That's how thoughtful he was.
Also, I recognize Donellie (sp?) and Raymond who did quite a bit of the dirtiest work. They were very courteous and considerate. Everyone was a consummate professional.

I deal with a fair amount of different types of businesses here in South Florida. We all know how shady so many are. Here we have what appears to be an owner/operator who leads by example - and it filters all of the way down through everyone that the customer encounters.

I'm sorry that this catastrophe occurred. But I'm grateful how proficiently and especially how quickly, this important first step toward returning our Home to it's original state has occurred.
