A special 'hats off!' to Melissa Singer. Her service is amazing--as is her patience. She goes the extra mile to make her customers happy and she always follows up on her promises. We have been to visit Melissa so many times she is like a personal friend and not just a business associate. If only we could clone her . . .
And another thing, the Next variety of lines and products is comprehensive in every way. If Next doesn't sell it, then you probably don't really need it. All of the people at Next are pleasant and courteous and the prices are fair. I couldn't ask for more from a supplier.😍
About Next Plumbing Supply
Next Plumbing Supply offers a mixed experience. While some customers praise the knowledgeable and helpful staff, such as Victor and Stacey, who provide great service and quality products, others have encountered an "older miserable cashier" that has deterred future business. The showroom is well-organized and beautiful, making it a recommended destination for bathroom fixture needs.
Reviews
We had a great experience at NEXT! Victor was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The prices are better than the competitors.
Worst place ever. Very rude and disrespectful with customers. If you can't deal with people go find another job where you don't have to deal with customers!!! Do yourself a Favor. Do not go to this place.
