Full Review. I met mark because he was sent by Home Warranty of America to address a clogged drain issue. I had other people come before sent by HWA for the same issue who wanted to charge $500 - $1000 for services not covered by HWA to do video scoping, hydro-jetting, etc. Mark did the repair for the amount covered by HWA and the deductible. I knew then and there that I would call him for any other services I needed.

Recently I had an pipe leak in my bathroom. He came out to cap off the leak, and then later came back to do the re-routing of the pipes. Not only was the amount he charged very reasonable, he came in UNDER the projected cost. Who else does that?

For those complaining that he did not come out timely, all I have to say that Mark is worth the wait. I'm sure the big name companies can come out same day, but my past experience with those companies left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't trust them. I trust Mark. Give him a try. You won't be disappointed.“
