“They are extremely understanding and attentive, the entire team. I have had some rough experiences at previous dentists but Dr. Torres and her staff never hesitate to answer questions, they keep you informed through the entire procedure, and never lose their patience. I've been here more than once for regular cleanings, treatments, and dental emergencies, never once have I had a serious issue. They communicate extremely well and are always concerned with their patient's experience as well as their well being. The team is extremely accommodating and understand that many of the procedures they perform are extremely stressful for the people they treat. Dr. Torres and the rest of the team ask questions to build an understanding on top of the forms you fill out with medical history etc... They not only make me feel welcome and heard, they are extremely professional and highly skilled. I switched to I Beliv after a very bad experience with another dentist, and I do not regret it.“

“I was in need of emergency service. Had an old filling fall out and tooth cracked. The staff worked pretty hard to rework their schedule to fit me in the next morning. When I arrived, early, the door was already open and they had not even opened yet but still got me started. The nursing staff were VERY kind and got me settled very efficiently. Dr Desai, was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be done, in layman's terms! After working very easily through the insurance and financing options a plan was made and executed very quickly! Work was completed. Dr Desai was very patient and made sure that the numbing was complete, even shooting my gum a second time and waiting until the numbing was complete. Dr Desai is extremely knowledgeable about dentistry and a very kind and compassionate person. He genuinely cares about his patients comfort and treatment. He did a REALLY great job and I thank the complete staff and Doctor for their care and help through this whole process! Highly recommend this business!!!“
