“I called on Thursday and spoke with Jennifer, who scheduled a technician for the very next day. Luis Olivera Sr. arrived on time, was professional and personable, and quickly diagnosed why our air conditioner wasn’t cooling. It turned out the system was low on refrigerant. He added what was needed, and the house cooled down within minutes.

I appreciated that he was straightforward and never pushy. He explained that due to the age of our system, both the compressor and air handler will eventually need to be replaced because they’re no longer efficient and are increasing our energy costs. He also recommended a 4‑ton system when we’re ready to upgrade.
