Loki was brought into my parents’ house during Covid, and, as a result, he was not properly socialized as a puppy and young dog. Matt and his team were able to help Loki make significant improvements in the week or so that he trained him, and I observed a notable improvement in his walking (no aggression or leash pulling with just a few modifications), and less fear-based reactivity when confronted with new people or other dogs. My parents continue to work with Loki (taking Matt’s advice into account), and Matt has been great about answering follow-up questions and providing additional guidance after the initial behavioral training period.
