“I signed my 2 dogs up for the board and train program. One is a puppy and the other is our 2 year old stubborn alpha male poodle. We were having issues with my adult dog hiding and using the bathroom in our home every chance he had & forget walking him on a leash without him pulling for dear life. They created a structured routine for both my dogs and it’s like having a whole different dog!!! No messes in the house, properly walks on a leash alone and with our puppy. Also, my puppy was potty trained and taught commands. I actually enjoy having my poodle now. I’ve spent a lot of time with the owners and can say they genuinely are the most kind hearted people and there’s no one who would care for your dogs better than them!! Thank you guys“
“15/10! I was looking for a groomer for my Persian cat (long hair and very fluffy) and decided to give Java Cat & Dog Spa a try. I was amazed with the texture of my cat’s fur when I picked him up, it was fluffy in a way I didn’t know was possible. They were also able to reduce the yellowing in some of the areas of his white fur and overall he came out of that appointment looking more handsome than ever. If you’re looking for a groomer for your cat - go here! ?“

“I have 2 little ones with night and day personalities. My Cockapoo Andy is 7yrs old is Mr. Grump and has his mind all set on how he wants things and will not give in, and then there is Baby Max, my 6r old who still acts like he's 2yrs old - always willing to do what ever makes me happy, but requires my undivided attention at all times. Moving from another state, I knew I had to make a change with the habits I have nurtured my dogs with. When I spoke to Alberto he was very honest and said they were at an age where it is very difficult to change because they each have a set personality - but none the less he said he'd take them in and see if we can work with their personalities. I will say this - they are not the easiest personalities, but who are we kidding? I have adult children that are less manageable! Hahaha! Alberto worked with my babies Andy and Max and gave us structure to follow. I have followed his recommendations and my boys are much better than I could ever imagine. I am sure if I would have known about Alberto at a younger age my dogs would set the best example. Alberto took them in as his own. Was available to me at any time day or night with any concern, and after my boys were home he has still continued to be a part of their lives when and if I need him. I have recommended him to a family member and she too has been so happy with the results. I can not express how important it is for us to know we have Alberto and his team on board with the care of our boys. It is an absolute blessing to have met him. Thank you Alberto from Raul and I for taking such good care of our boys and giving us the opportunity to understand them, and work with them so that we can coexist in harmony. I had Penny on a care plan at Banfield and I feel certain their vets get paid bonuses on how much they can bill. Banfield suggested anesthesia/surgery for thousands to remove Penny's TINY growth, where Dr. Silverio addressed it and removed the same day locally. We also had it tested to be sure it wasn't cancer. I think this review is my first ever on Google!“
“We have been using Total Pet Care for a couple of years now, and the care and professionalism of Dr. Alex and his entire staff are exceptional. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats all of which are all rescue and the care they receive from Total Pet Care is superb! One of our dogs gets nervous when at the clinic, the staff member took out a brand new toy for her to play with to calm her down, you just don't see this at other clinics. When reading the other reviews I see that another patient mentioned in her review about how modest the cost is at Total Pet Care compared to other veterinary clinics and this is so accurate. I would estimate I save at least $100 every visit when I use Total. I can't say enough about the doctors and staff, they take the time to explain everything before during and after. In closing I would highly recommend the doctors and the entire staff of Total Pet Care.“

“Social Paws is amazing! Hero goes to daycare and boards and he always has a great time. He comes back exhausted and when you check out, they often take pictures of him and his brother playing. We also began having Hero trained by Robert. His training has he reshaped my relationship with my dog. “We were referred to Dr. Levy by our New York vet, Jon May, DVM. Dr. Levy was kind, considerate and extremely caring of our two mini dachshunds and greyhound. His bedside manner is warm and engaging. The staff was very nice and helpful. I think the best thing you can say about the office is that they have two or three cats and one or two dogs who live there as rescues. They had just saved an adorable black kitten that had fallen out of a tree. That says it all.“
“I went in looking for a good brand of dog food and Carole directed me to a very good brand. My dog ate and licked his bowl clean for the first time in along time. He is 13 and very picky about his food. It is Whole Hearted Simply Blend dog food. Carole is very knowledgeable and friendly.“
