Amazing! I'm so so happy. My dog has a damaged eye and they took care of him. They brushed his teeth SO WELL! Scent hound was going to charge $200 to clean his teeth and was overcharging for a full groom. I canceled with scenthound, I'm so happy with that decision because Diamond Dogs is AMAZING. For once whena groomer says they brushed my dogs teeth IT ACTHALLY SHOWS!! And they took such good care and gave me advice on his damaged eye! Thank you SO SO SOO MUCH
I have had nothing but excellent experiences. The person who wrote a negative review might have experienced her temporary helper. Not everyone can do a professional grooming for a poodle, which is a breed that has very specific grooming standards. Have been disappointed in some of the local groomers around Coral Springs who are not knowledgeable about breed-specific grooming standards. My poodle is always groomed to perfection, and unlike several other popular "groomers" around town who always seem to give my dog a bad case of razor burn and nicks/cuts....my dog never experiences these problems with Cecily. Periodically, an outside business comes in to do non-sedation dentals.
Very nice people they did a good job with my dog. I just think that the pricing is too over priced and the place to me was a little messy no where to sit and I couldn’t sit inside because she said my dog would of heard me. That was my first and last time coming here. Thank you for the dog haircut though.
