“I took my dog Rocky, a 2-year-old Doberman, to Sit Stay Dog Training USA for obedience training and behavior correction, and the experience was amazing.

From day one, the trainer was patient, professional, and clearly passionate about dogs. Rocky used to pull on the leash and ignore basic commands, but after just a few sessions, the improvement was incredible. They also gave me great tips and techniques to continue the training at home.

“My cat has an infection on his cheek and I walked in randomly without an appointment. Apparently I was super lucky because dr bob was present and the 9:30am appointment didn’t show. For reference you should make an appointment, but for me luckily they serviced me and my cat . They cleaned his wound, checked him, and gave us meds, all for a total of only $106! They gave me a small discount, but even without it I bet it would still be VERY cheap. Very glad I listened to my gut and went here. Felt comfortable with the vet and my wallet is very happy. Will return definitely!“

“When I first contacted Orlando, Zeus was a 3-year-old rescue pitbull who was extremely reactive and difficult to manage. He wasn’t aggressive at all, but he loved other dogs so much that he constantly wanted to get to them. At 70 pounds, that meant a lot of pulling on the leash and very little control whenever another dog was nearby. As well as pretty much always pulling on the leash. Walking him was not fun.

One of the biggest issues was that Zeus would occasionally get out of the house. When that happened, it could take an hour or more to find him and get him back home. The last time he ran off, I knew I needed help. A neighbor recommended Orlando, and calling him was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for myself and Zeus.

Today, Zeus is about 4 years old and is a completely different dog. He walks calmly, listens to commands, and remains non-reactive around other dogs. Most amazingly, I can walk him off leash, something I never thought would be possible. He goes everywhere with me, including restaurants, shopping centers, and malls, and I have complete confidence in him.

Orlando didn’t just train my dog. He helped me build the relationship I’ve always wanted with him. Zeus is happier, I’m less stressed, and our lives are so much better because of the training they provided.

“To anyone in need of a knowledged and fair vet, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Eileen Osti. She has repeatedly proven herself to be gracious, honest, empathetic, and with exceeding patience with nervous patient parents fearing for their pets. All of this with her welcoming demeanor so much that even one of my more reactive pets didn't have to be kept muzzled around her.

My gentler giant breed boy has been riddled with issues, likely the result of poor breeding practices. Though several vets noted he was too severe for their skill to help, Dr. Osti didn't give up on him. She gave skilled diagnosis and treatments, finally securing relief for his symptoms, and also helped in seeking the specialist he needed.

Though her actual office space is closed, she still actively continues her much needed and appreciated work treating pets. My boy was just seen in a mobile visit at the location earlier this month. If nothing else, the fact my pet is actually happy when visiting his vet speaks volumes.

To Dr. Osti, you were the lighthouse in those dark desperate times of trying to help my sweet Odin. You were also the solid ground needed when approaching the crushing time to help my beloved and beastly Casper to cross the rainbow bridge. Thank you for being innately you. If you heard it everyday it wouldn't be enough.“
