Omar is so completely dedicated to caring for and giving the best quality care to my dog Oakley. When he opened the door for us this morning at the ER, I was able to breathe a high sigh of relief, knowing we were in excellent hands.
Today we had an emergency situation with our dog. We took him to the emergency clinic in Coral Springs animal hospital. We had a one hour wait before we got to the exam room. (Understandable) Then they took the dog to the back and did the exam there. Not happy about that but oh well. Then we had a three hour wait before we saw the vet which, again, is understandable. (Just like ANY emergency room, the most critical is seen first) But the exam room and office were very clean. The only problem I had was they did not give us updates on how he was doing. The doctor did come in to see us. Doc gave us a brief evaluation and she was very friendly and took her time with us. The...read full review
Dr. Waters and her team did an amazing job with my dog Daisy. She gave me reassurance my baby would be okay after a mishap with some M&Ms. She’s been spry this morning and back to her playful self.
