“I had knockdown repairs to my living room ceiling, plus dry wall repair and painting. I was very pleased, that where other estimators told me I had to Completely redo the knockdown of the entire ceiling I did not want go through the mess and days of having my house turned upside down. Oceanview renovations was able to cut out the areas of my water leak damage in my knockdown ceiling, perfectly replaced it and painted. All of the workers were meticulous in their work. there was always supervisory follow up at the end of the day to make sure the work was done correctly. Although the price was higher than all my other estimators, you get what you pay for, and I am glad I went with Oceanview renovations because all of the work they did in painting, doing the knockdown patching and drywall repairs was impeccable. Where they also get five stars from me is that they cleaned up after themselves. They did not walk through the house, mess it up and leave it that way. They don’t even mess it up while they were working they were very clean during the whole process covered up everything and made sure at the end of the day they cleaned up everything.
