I had knockdown repairs to my living room ceiling, plus dry wall repair and painting. I was very pleased, that where other estimators told me I had to Completely redo the knockdown of the entire ceiling I did not want go through the mess and days of having my house turned upside down. Oceanview renovations was able to cut out the areas of my water leak damage in my knockdown ceiling, perfectly replaced it and painted. All of the workers were meticulous in their work. there was always supervisory follow up at the end of the day to make sure the work was done correctly.
