She was extremely detail oriented (asking me questions about my typical style preferences that no stylist has ever asked before) and did an absolutely amazing job. She was able to execute the style I wanted perfectly! Not only was Paola detail oriented but she was also very efficient - my shampoo, cut, and blow dry was done in about an hour.

The overall vibe of the salon was another thing that stood out to me - it was pretty laid back and relaxing, allowing me to feel at ease throughout my whole appointment!

She is incredibly talented, fast, sweet, compassionate, and truly beautiful inside and out. She took my 18-year-old daughter without an appointment and completely transformed her hair from a yellowish tone into a gorgeous, expensive-looking chic style. The result exceeded our expectations — elegant, fresh, and beautifully done. You can tell she is a true expert who genuinely cares about her clients. We left feeling so happy and grateful.
