Most profound yoga class I've ever attended. A perfect blend between spiritual and functional yoga. Rather than stripping yoga from its traditional roots, Sundari Yoga embraces it, leaving you with a calm mind and body while maintaining all of the physical benefits of yoga. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Sundari Yoga Studio is the most welcoming studio. The teachers and the students are very friendly and you are immediately part of the class. You can find a variety of yoga classes to suit your practice.
I found Sundari online when looking for a yoga class in Merritt Island area. After checking the schedule I attended a Stretch and Restore classs with Hildegarde. It was a great class by a top notch instructor. Her inner light shines! I came back the next day for a Yin class with another instructor whose name was Jessica. Also a great experience and different from Yin classes I've attended previously. The focus was on balancing the 7 chakras, with a pose focused on each one. I plan to return the next time I'm in the area.
