Reviews
I've known Barbara and John for many years. They are committed to your health and helping you feel better, at any age. The yoga and massages I have received, over the years, have kept me young ( that's relative of course) and moving and full of energy. They really are there for you.

I went ro SMC to get treatment for a back injury. John provided a very pleasant and positive experience. He put his knowledge to work on my back and then generously educated me so that I could be proactive about my back health. I left with an improved state of back and mind. Overall great experience!
