John is an awesome massage therapist! I've gone to him for about eight years and he's helped rejuvenate this middle-aged guy where I have virtually no pain or other physical issues. Through massage therapy and yoga, I'm super active and nothing hurts. Haven't taken a Tylenol or Advil in years.

Went for my first appointment this week and blew away my expectations. John is so nice and truly cares for his patients. After one trigger point therapy treatment, my neck and shoulder feel better than they have in months! I have been dealing with neck pain and stiffness as well as rotator cuff pain for months and have been to the sports medicine doctor who just sent me to Physical Therapy which did nothing but cost me money. Was very close to accepting that I would have to learn to live with this pain but John has given me hope!

John is a magician, he makes pain disappear.Unfortunately, I am a wizard at making it reappear. That is why he is the only massage therapist I use. He has a diverse set of techniques which he applies to fix the problem(s) at hand. I have sent him friends and family who slump, shuffle, and/or limp in to his office and walk out with a new lease on life. You've tried the rest, now try the best!

We are primarily a massage, yoga and reiki clinic with sessions and classes by experienced therapists and instructors. We also offer information on simple solutions to wellness (including, but not limited to: therapeutic exercises, other forms of energy and spiritual healing, flower essences, essential oils, crystals). We tailor our offerings to the individual and the community we live in.
