EM provides a variety of classes and targets all levels. No matter what class you decide to take you walk away feeling fulfilled physically and mentally. The owner and staff are very welcoming and enjoy what they do which shines through in their instruction.

I took the class with my daughter who is visiting from out of town. I loved the teacher as she guided the class with love and passion. I felt comfortable being around other students my age group. I highly recommend the class especially beginners like myself.

It's been a pleasure attending this extraordinary new studio under the guidance of a passionate first-time studio owner, Gabrielle. The owner's dedication, experience, and knowledge of her craft are truly inspiring. The Equilibrium teachers offer a positive, welcoming atmosphere for beginner and advanced practitioners. Being a certified yoga teacher for over 8 years, I can safely say that there is nothing like it in the area! I'm confident that this studio and it's owner have a bright future ahead in Cocoa Beach. A must-visit for anyone seeking an exceptional yoga experience!
