I was very pleased with his professionalism and expertise, and I love that R&A is a family-owned business. I will be keeping their information on file for any future appliance repairs. I don't usually leave Google reviews, but R&A Care Appliance Service was exceptional, and I highly recommend the company.
Great company, great communication. Told RJ the problem on the initial call, after 20 minutes he called me back and said he has the part and will be out shortly. He came , installed it and was done in 5 minutes . professional, courteous .
