I have been a customer of Todd's for many years. Every technician that has come to service my house has been very professional and courteous. They make a noticeable effort to not disturb or make a mess while working at my house. I had damage to my mini split during hurricane Milton and rather than just try to sell me a new unit, Todd had his team try every option to fix it. Todd hires very skilled technicians and also makes sure his team are excellent at customer service.
